Rationale
The cover showcases its content on the in relation to surfing and
fantasy. It also showcases the ability of the character immediately
to the viewer. The creator wants the cover to have that intense,
dynamic and cinematic feel. Thus, the waves, splashes, dynamic
poses and tilted angle. To put a flow on the artwork, the character is
surrounded by the wave leading to the Kraken. This gives a vibe of
intensity because there is an antagonist participating in the picture
already.
The purple sky is actually known as scattering, and it occurs when
